Whether you’re recovering from injury, preparing for an event, or simply looking to build a stronger, healthier version of yourself, we’re here to support you. We also offer development-focused training for kids and teens, guiding them safely into strength and movement.

Hein Van der Merwe
I’ve been helping people move better, feel stronger, and live more freely for over a decade. My approach is all about balance – blending strength, and conditioning with the mindful practices of Pilates and yoga.
Movement has always been more than just exercise to me. It’s a way to reconnect with your body, find your rhythm, and unlock your full potential. I believe that when you align your breath with your movement, everything starts to flow better.
Pilates is the foundation of my training, which gives me a strong base for helping with rehab and injury prevention. Whether you’re recovering from something, starting fresh, or looking to level up, I’m here to guide you. I’ve worked with clients of all ages and backgrounds, and I truly believe there’s no one-size-fits-all. My goal is to meet you where you’re at and help you move forward stronger, more mobile, and more connected to your body.

Wes Herbert
Wes Herbert brings 15 years of experience in functional fitness, combined with a strong background in sports. His athletic journey includes playing majority of outdoor sports, competing in triathlons, and enjoying the dynamic challenges of surfing.
Based in Constantia, Wes uses his diverse sports background to inform his personalized training programs, focusing on functional movements, strength, and mobility for a balanced and active lifestyle. His approach is tailored to each individual, helping them reach their fitness goals while enhancing overall well-being.
